What move-out cleaning covers
Move-out cleaning is a complete pass through the property before the next tenant or buyer takes possession. Unlike regular home cleaning it includes surfaces rarely touched otherwise: inside cupboards and drawers, behind and under appliances, vents, skirting boards and windows.
We work to a checklist that follows the points normally reviewed at a handover, so nothing is left to chance on the day the keys change hands.
The property should be empty before we arrive. If you need the work split into stages, that can be set out in the quote.
What is included
- Kitchen: inside cupboards and drawers, appliances inside and out, extractor and filter
- Bathrooms: tiling, grout, floor drain, sanitary ware and mirrors
- Windows cleaned inside and out, including frames
- Skirting boards, doors, frames, switches and light fittings
- Wardrobes and storage cleaned internally
- Floors throughout, including under and behind movable appliances
- A return visit if the inspection requires it, by agreement
